Simply contact me via email or submit the form on my contact page. I’ll reply to schedule a site visit where we’ll walk through your yard and review your goals, vision, problem areas, and anything else you’d like to discuss.

After the site consultation I’ll provide a design quote. If you choose to proceed:

• I ask for a $100 downpayment

• We’ll sign a simple contract and schedule a time for the final walkthrough.

• Then I take site measurements and begin design work

For the final walkthrough, I will present your completed landscape design and review any adjustments you’d like. This is your opportunity to request changes at no additional charge.

After we agree on any revisions, I will collect the final payment. Accepted payment methods: Venmo, cash, or check.

Once we’ve finalized your design I’ll email your Master Plan package. The package includes:

• Master plan landscape design with planting plan and hardscape plan (PDF, formatted for 11” × 17”; larger print sizes available on request but significantly more costly to print).

• Plant list with photos for easy identification and selection

• Recommendations for where to source your plants

• Step‑by‑step recommendations and tips if you choose to install the design yourselves

• Recommendations for reputable landscape contractors, if you prefer professional installation
